Role: Provide on-site support to a client for the CATAMARAN Software and Ekahau Software Applications installed at the client's site for the RTLS project
Responsibilities:
- To Support Level-1 Engineers for smooth functioning of the RTLS system - Catamaran
- To Interact with End Users to understand their pain areas and requirements
- Interact with other O&M Engineers related to Wi-Fi, Server and Storage Issues
- Monitor Level-1 Engineers to ensure support is executed on time. Depending on priority of issues, should control Level-1 Engineer’s activities
- Document support issues and get confirmation from end users on resolution
- Provide User Training on the RTLS system
